Where to send what

Story tips — anything the community should know about, with names and dates if you have them.
Corrections — the page address and the sentence you are disputing. We will tell you what we find, even when the answer is that we stand by it.
Marketplace listings — use the listing form instead; it asks for everything we need in one go.
Radio announcements — use the noticeboard form, which goes straight to the studio.
Advertising — ask for the rate card. Sponsored material is always labelled as sponsored.

Privacy requests

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Choose “Privacy request” in the form, or write to the privacy officer. We answer within 30 days, which is the deadline Canadian law sets us.

The magazine, the radio programming and the marketplace are all run from Calgary, Alberta. Our reporting follows the community, which means the desk is often working on a story in another country entirely — so write first rather than turning up.
